I really can't thank everyone at Jones Law Group enough. They are hard working, very professional as well as extremely kind. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone here. They helped me tremendously in an already stressful situation. Celeste was great at keeping in touch regarding medical records. Richard Larrimer was wonderful at getting the ball rolling for my SS disability appeal hearing, and Kevin Larrimer was the best attorney I could have asked for. Everyone here was a true answer to prayer and I can't thank them enough.

Kevin & celeste did a fantastic job on my case I would highly recommend this lawyer firm. It takes time this ssi disability ssa etc just be patient and this firm will take care of you. Thanks again Kevin God bless.

They take to long on a case and they expect their clients to do the work. Can never get an update on the case unless you call over and over again before you get a call back with attitude from someone at the firm. I have been working with this firm for more then five years and still waiting on my settlement My best advice to anyone wishing to use this firm....is don't!!! I got a recommendation from Mike Christensen..,.I don't think they were honest themselves. Just please don't use Jones Law!

We used Jones Law Group with the highest level of disappointment! When filing for an appeal of denial in SSI, they had medical release forms to be signed. This gives them all rights to pull or collect any and all medical records. Liz (contact for the case) never returned calls or answered any messages left. We the client had to go collect all medical records and deliver them to Jones LG office due to their lack of responsibilities! Recently found out the appeal was approved in August. No letters or phones letting their client know this new information. Beginning of October their client calls into the office for a follow up of any updates to be informed the case was approved and no one knew who was assigned to the case. As imagined the frustration was high! They received a payment for work they did not do! This office has poor communication and Mr. Jones never met his client to find out his needs nor listen to the updates given regarding the surgery, hospital stays, and the upcoming surgeries planned. I would not recommend this office to represent you! Please look around for another law office that has integrity and compassion for their clients.

So far my experience has been pretty dismal. I can relate to the other comments about not returning phone calls because every time I have called to speak to my attorney or one of the people assigned to my case, I'm always told they're not answering their phone and to leave a message. After leaving messages, I never get a return call. I've filed an appeal for denial of disability benefits and have been awaiting a hearing since last year. It would be nice to get an occasional update on the status of my case, but I always have to log into my SS account to find out what stage of the process it's in. If I didn't feel like it's too late in the game now, I would definitely find another law office to handle my case. So, if you're considering using Jones Law Group, DON'T!!
