Reviews

This firm created a tremendous amount of damage, headache, and heartache in a process they clearly should have indicated basic regulations in filing for a simple non-immigrant filing process ahead of time. This firm provided unclear and unhelpful consultation and misdirected a process that has now been costly in many ways. A simple conversation with us on this matter would have made it very clear that a perspective change by us on the most accessible manner for a purposed meet and greet with a foreigner into the US would be to focus on a tourist visa in the short term and return then, if any decisions were made for immigration, to discuss this process to return to the US with immigration visas after. The outcome was an embarrassing and costly trip by my friends to their embassy and a mess of funds and headache now spent in this process that did not need to end with a denial. The denial could have been avoided by this firm indicating to us that any business orientation of interest when visiting the US, claimed on a B1/B2 non-immigrant visa, should consider what that means when having to disprove any interest in immigration by Section 214(b) standards. We were not adequately prepared in our consultation with this law firm, and I see no reason that this basic 214(b) information should not have been made very obvious. The negative outcome creates a need for refiling and defense now requiring more money and more time, more trips, and more headache in what could have been today a simple approval of a non-immigrant visa needed to have my friends come to the country and be hosted to introduce them to a country I am proud to be a citizen of! As usual in today's business landscape, businesses will deflect any responsibility and accountability they should have to provide reputable services, and they failed at doing so. In speaking with the head partner, I was addressed in an authoritative manner, offering no apology for the outcome but pure defense. The section (2014(b)) is crystal evident for a legal expert to keep in the forefront of their mind when given an introduction email stating what we intended to accomplish in our meeting with them and why in the short and long term, we sought their relationship in doing so. The intention was a relationship in the short and long term. There was no indication by the attorney, Zac New, considered to be their business immigration expert, that we needed his services for this non-immigrant issue. He stated that lawyers are not typically involved in non-immigrant visas issues. I will not handle someone I paid useless money to tell me their mind and state that they have no liability in this process, and they will respond to any complaint filed against them and "have a good day!" I didn't even let him get to the "have a good day." This firm was nothing more than a loss and tarnished us of which will cost us a few thousand to fix an error they clearly could have saved us from the cost and distress.
Very straight forward and Luke was wonderful to work with! Communication was effortless and clear. Some of the law firms software tools however need to be updated and thought out more clearly OTHER than that it was a very painless and trouble free process!
Our journey to become a permanent residents has been a very stressful one, but after we started to work with Jennifer Howard and Lindsey Lovgren, everything was much simple, they laid everything out for us clearly, and helped us every step of the way. We had a great experience with Jennifer and Lindsey, they were very efficient, detailed oriented and highly professionals. I highly recommend them for anyone who is facing immigration issues.
Sometime last year I applied for Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and I'm happy to say that it was recently approved. I found this firm through good reviews and I couldn't be happier with my choice to seek their help out. Jennifer Howard and Terry Booher both have been nothing but helpful and nice to me, and they made the process extremely comfortable and simple. Every time I had a question it was quickly answered, when I wanted to schedule meetings it was hassle free, and through our interactions I have genuinely grown to appreciate them both. I'll definitely be working with them again in the future, and I'm extremely thankful to them for being so helpful.
Thank you Ryland for helping me out, am surely coming back .
