Unfortunately, I was involved in another motor vehicle accident but the Joye Law Firm was there to help again. Jeff and his team have been amazing just like before. Jeff is extremely dedicated, along with being honest, prompt in responding and being genuine. Holly and Beth are wonderful case managers; easy to talk too, understanding and compassionate. Both of them are dedicated to their work and respond to calls and emails promptly. Thanks again Jeff, Holly and Beth, honestly I don’t know what I would do without this dynamic team! My husband and I were in an automobile accident 2 days before Christmas 2017. Jeff Gerardi was recommended to me by a court reporter, who’s opinion I valued. Jeff and everyone at Joye Law Firm were wonderful. Jeff is a straight shooter and with excellent communication. He helped my husband I have a positive outcome from a negative situation. Just wanted to say that I have been very pleased with the professional and personal attention that I have received from the Joye Law Firm. Marcy Huckabee has been most helpful in answering my questions and addressing my concerns and always returns my calls promptly. If she does not have the answer she gets the answer or directs me to the appropriate person. She, and all the staff, treat me as if I were the only client and that my case is their only case. I recently had the opportunity to have Joye Law Firm represent me in a Workers Comp Case. My Lawyer was Matt Jackson and he did a wonderful job representing me on my case. From my first phone conversation with Matt to my Mediation appointment Matt has been there with me and supporting me all along. He was very easy to work with and always responded promptly to my phone calls and concerns throughout the case. His Legal Assistant Deana Nash was also extremely helpful to me throughout the entire process. She spent long hours on gathering the information and clarifying it for my case. It certainly was an involved case that took a great deal of work on her part as well as Matt's and she did a wonderful job. She was very helpful and responded to any questions I had in a timely manner and with great attention to details.
