I had two personal experiences with this firm. First, when my aunt died. And not long after when my uncle passed away. In both cases, I had very poor experiences. After my aunt died, Julian Gray Associates appointed John Morrow to the case. Mr. Morrow passed away, and it took Julian Gray Associates many months to appoint a new lawyer, and rather than informing me that the lawyer had passed away, I found out when I contacted them asking what is happening with the case. They never contacted me at any time. They never acted like they were working for the heirs. Very unprofessional, and completely without a sense of why they have a job. By the end of it all, the case drug out for a few years. Completely unnecessary for a simple estate such as she had. An example of their "speed" is that when the final documentation arrived from the tax department, Timko's paralegal responded brusquely that they will get around to the paperwork in the coming weeks. And before closing the estate, we signed an agreement setting aside a portion of the money for possible later expenses or legal fees. I get the feeling that was an inside deal between the daughter of the executor and Julian Gray Associates to put a bit more money into their already lined pockets. Next came my uncle's estate. Rather than inheriting according to normal shares, my uncle signed a will in Karen Timko's presence reducing my share dramatically (without any obvious reason or logic) and dramatically increasing the share of the daughter of the executor in the previous case by many times. I don't have concrete proof for what I suspect. But I do know one thing for sure -- the first and much smaller estate which did not benefit the daughter of the executor took years to settle but the much larger and more complex estate in which her and her family benefitted enormously concluded five times faster. We all have a pretty good guess why it happened that way. God sees, and God makes all wrongs right. No need for hard feelings toward Karen and her associates. But I certainly would not recommend hiring this firm for legal work, especially not Karen Timko or her close associates.

My husband & I chose Julian Gray Associates to setup an Asset Protection Trust that was recommended by our Financial Advisor. We were also in need of Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and other important asset protection documents. We originally met with Matt Kikta to discuss the Trust and all of the other documents that we needed to have drawn up. Only two weeks later, my husband was admitted to the hospital and was diagnosed with CNS Lymphoma and brain tumors. My husband was in the hospital for two months and was not mentally alert enough to sign the documents. Matt and Vince Policicchio were in constant contact with me during this time hoping that there would be an opportunity for us to be able to sign the documents. I was finally able to bring my husband home with Hospice care. He had about six weeks at home when he was mentally alert. Matt and Vince came to our home and we were able to sign all of the documents. I am so grateful to Matt and Vince for their support during that difficult time. They are very kind and professional and are always available to answer my questions and provide advice. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that I have my legal and financial affairs in order. I highly recommend Julian Gray Associates.

Matt and Vince from this law firm helped my wife and I out with a trust fund. We had no idea on how to do this. They walked us thru step by step on setting it up. We now feel safe and secure about our future and that of our family. Many thanks to these gentlemen.

My family enlisted the services of Julian Gray Associates to secure both Medicaid for our mother and V.A benefits for our father. They helped us wade through the paperwork and guided us through a spend down process securing both benefits for our parents. We could not have done this on our own. The result was an improved quality of life for both our mother and father in the last years of their lives. Had we not secured these benefits, our parents would have run out of money paying out of pocket for their care long before they did pass away. The staff was always helpful and knowledgeable and we are grateful for their services.

I highly recommend this firm to assist you with any estate planning or legal planning for long term care for you or a loved one. Their service does not end with the signing of the papers. I used them when my father was diagnosed with dementia five years ago. They have been available to answer all of my questions and give me advise as he transitioned from living on his own to long term care. I can not say enough as to how helpful they have been and how having the proper legal paperwork in place has made this transition so much easier on me and my father.
