K. Martin Kuny, P.C.

Martin was a huge disappointment. Even though my brother suspected his ex wife had an undisclosed bank account he pushed for an agreement that let her keep any undisclosed accounts. My brother's ex is a realtor. She turned in income showing she made 1.5% of the sales price when she had always made three. He said it seems fishy but took no action. When my brother fired him he sent me to pick up the file. Even though my brother was on the phone telling them to give it to me he said I don't know who you are. I offered ID. He still refused and spoke to me in the most Condescending tone possible. Having Martin is like going it alone. He will not fight for you but he will bill you.

Martin Kuny might be the worst attorney in the Jackson County area. The Paul Walter review is spot on about his demeanor towards his clients. I personally experienced it. When I was trying to express to him, a concern I had, he actually said why are we talking about this? I brought it to his attention twice that my ex had not turned in her financial information in discovery. He ignored it. He took me to mediation without her, turning in her financial information to negotiate maintenance payments!!!!! Then he emailed me afterwards and told me that her financial information would not make a difference with my decision on maintenance!! I kid you not! I expressed to him in my initial consultation I wanted no maintenance .He was in the mediation room arguing for $1700 plus a month for maintenance. On top of that, he literally begged me to take a deal. At that point one must ask who is Martin representing. When I tried to back out of the deal, he used fear mongering to control it. His billing changed after I argued with him and he nailed me with an extremely high bill. Another thing I noticed after I would express something to Martin Kuny it would show up in Opposing counsel emails. Which leads me to believe he does practice client confidentiality. This happened multiple times. So if you want an attorney, that will not fight for you, will not listen to you, and work against you. Martin is your man.

Very slow response to another party's request and has been observed ruling his clients by fearmongering. He also treats others as if they are beneath him. His actions and actual statements demand that he is the only one that knows what is going on. I am an opposing party that has personally dealt with him and has received negative feedback from his client about him, as well. He does know how to file paperwork, but has no idea how to handle conflict and shuts down immediately if he feels threatened when another party produces facts that blatantly reveal his office and or his lack of effort. He is probably the most unprofessional ("Super Attorney") dignified human that I have ever had to deal with. Conflict Resolution and Time Management education are focal process improvement recommendations. I personally would not hire...

Mr. Martin has unquestionable integrity and is always professional. His knowledge of the law and judicial processes is absolute. He was empathetic to the emotions of divorce, provided expert advice, and kept me on track with paperwork and all the related processes. He was accessible, responsive and explained matters in a conscientious and sensible manner. While Mr. Martin was my divorce attorney, I know of others that have been very pleased with his representation in other legal matters.

Mr.Kuny is great couldn't thank him enough,by far will be an attorney I would call in the future thanks again
