It was good but sometimes in the beginning it was hard to get hold of person that was gathering my paperwork. Wasn't getting informed of much. But the ones I talked to was very professional and helpful. Thanks for all the firm staff done for me.

This has been my second time hiring this firm, the first time was a very good experience, of course I returned after another accident. We had some issue's with someone on the case, but between our attorney Mrs Sarah and the wonderful Mrs Charity, they definitely made it right. We wouldn't go anywhere else. And again thank you both.

Mr. Eric sterling was my attorney and he was the absolute best. He really took care of me and was very nice. Ms. tianna White was also very helpful and really treated me kindly. All in all, I'm very happy with the service I received at ken Nugent.
