Interesting how right after I originally posted an authentic rating, some new positive ones just popped up.n I'm a real person feel free to reach out to me.n Terrible experience. The judge disregarded his defense that was supposed to make me a fortune. Meanwhile he made a fortune almost bankrupting me in fees. His fees were multiples of what the other lawyers charged with billing that didn't make sense. I was charged for hours of Michael Einbimder just discussing the case with his colleague. n My $10,000 retainer was eaten up so fast. Worst lawyer I ever had, and used many for business, real estate, and estate planning.

For what capacity would they have retained their services? Feel free to reach out to us and discuss further, ours was a franchise business litigation.. nMichael Einbinder of Einbinder Dunn LLP made it sound like our litigation was a slam dunk. After the case dragged on with the other party beating us to file suit even though my retainer was already paid the fees that didn't make sense to us were so high we had to retain a different lawyer.

Extremely thoughtful and thorough attorneys. Very responsive to calls/e-mails. Competitive price point. I was very happy with my experience.

I had a complicated issue that was fixed - was happy with the level of service, especially it was a time sensitive problem.
