Excellent immigration law

Michael Kern used a judge's Zoom account illegally twice. All video and no judge. Kern did nothing but yell and scream the entire time. Insults and threats would never be tolerated in a courtroom. Cases were for civil cases representing American House assisted living. The 1st case was a no show. The 2nd case is not on the court calendar. Zoom hearings without a judge present is a violation of MI law. Just the fact that your practice is unethical is criteria for being disbarred. Upon reviewing the paperwork for both cases, Kern committed PERJURY by signing no prior cases with the same transaction. So anxious to file again he just threw away his right to practice law. PERJURY is a FELONY in Michigan. Wonder when the Michigan Bar will get after you? Wait it out over and over like I did. Suspenseful like a movie, right? I can think of 4: Born Innocent, Prince of Tides, Shawshank Redemption and Pulp Fiction. Try streaming those. Then he filed another case with the same court and was given an In Person hearing with the same court. Kern filed a dismissal the day after having 6 men with handguns post a summons on an American House resident's door. First, scare another elderly person, then dismiss like you did just for your sick idea of fun. Kern cannot appear in court after using that Zoom account illegally.
