Worst attorney ever. Had an open and shut case. Provided all the evidence and letters to him and he just sat back on my case. He or his assistant never returned my repeated email or phone calls to their office. Do not choose this firm.
I was kept in the dark with no court date for months. My weekly to biweekly phone calls was a burden to the front desk clerk, even hung up on me. The favorite word by knight & Dahood ,"be patient". I should not have to wait 4.5 months and counting to talk to my daughter. Really poor on returning calls. If Jeff says," I'll call you back" don't count on it until the end of the following week. When I finally got a court date, Jeff was ok with extending the date a couple more weeks. I would recommend any other attorney before this law firm. Poor, insensitive, and not certain if I can add incompetent.
I like this law firm they actually care about you very home town friendly , professional place . I wouldn't recommend anyone else, great staff altho , he's very busy . The good ones usually are
