Leo Fasen is to be avoided. He and his associate Vincent Quigg have had their licenses to practice law suspended because of poor client representation and dishonest practices. Though he started with good credentials, Leo's moral compass has gone. Now a true shyster, he engages in a boiler room scheme where both "advocates" practice ELDER ABUSE and LYING TO THE COURTS while trying to steal money from 88 year old disabled grannies.
