Robert was the lawyer on my case. Every time I needed to know something, I would have to call them. They never called me or sent me the paperwork to let me know what stage my case was at. Every time I called(every few months), it was the same answer---"It's taking longer than usual." Also, i got rear ended at a red light. OBVIOUSLY not my fault.
