Very poor service. I called and emailed this law office trying to explain an improper eviction and they did nothing to correct the issue. My former landlord Woodland Park Apartments in East Palo Alto did not process my move out notification and ended up submitting my account for eviction 30 days after I left. I contacted Woodland Park repeatedly before the eviction was finally executed by the sheriff but they never did anything to stop the court proceedings. In a last ditch effort I contacted the Law Office of Todd Rothbard directly to explain what happened but they also did nothing. Now, over 6 months later my landlord simply apologized and cleared the eviction fee because they realized their mistake. This does not help the fact that I have a false eviction on my record because Todd Rothbard Law and Woodland Park Apartments.

Ignore the 3.1 rating, if you look closely that is because of tenants who believe they have been wronged. Alameda County is one of the worst in the country in terms of landlord friendliness, and Todd's team is truly the best, even to the point where large investment companies contract Todd's firm to carry out their evictions. He charges an INCREDIBLY REASONABLE fee, undercutting all of the competition and his service is simply impeccable. He always returns our calls and emails and is incredibly patient with us, especially since this was our first time evicting a tenant and we were understandably anxious. He will get landlords their property back at the lowest cost, and trust in what Todd does. If you are thinking about doing an eviction, Todd is your guy, and he gets the job done, all while delivering an excellent experience. He is so knowledgable about rental and eviction law, and has 40+ years of experience. We had a wonderful experience with an incredibly difficult case, and Todd made the process look easy with a favorable settlement.

The worst Company ever!! There is a guy there by the name Kevin White that claims he is an attorney. He told me the owner hired him and his been there 25 years and that he was the first attorney's hired on. He just last week Tuesday offered me a job for Paralegal and told me to start this coming Monday then turned around and doesn't send an offer letter. When I called him, he tells me that the owner doesn't want to pay more and you're highly qualified. Then goes on telling me that they have several positions but they are putting it on hold and the day after calls again to hire me at their front desk as a receptionist. He doesn't even have the courtesy to tell me that now all positions are put on Hold. Most professionals or legit companies will tell you either you meet the requirements or they went with someone else that maybe more suitable for the position but this guy is a real loser that couldn't even speak the truth!! Seems like all they do is run scams at this firm. No one should work for them!! If they can treat candidates coming in for interview this way, I only wonder how he treat his employees or clients!! SHAME ON THIS FIRM, THE OWNER AND MOST OF ALL TO KEVIN WHITE!!!! Hire any other Attorneys but these FRAUDS!!!!
