I hired Gostanian law group (now The Estate Lawyers), to assist with executing a trust Amy had written. They made many mistakes including putting the wrong email on documents after I had already corrected them once, charging me for making the correction plus for the correspondence regarding the mistake, emailing a complete stranger of the same first name instead of me, failing to provide me with documents or updates when appropriate, Amy was a no show for a zoom call she scheduled, she and her assistant asked me questions that I had already asked them so it was obvious they weren't paying attention to the content of the emails that were being sent or received (for example, when I told them I didn't know who one of the beneficiaries on the trust was, the assistant told me it was a friend (duh) and then I was asked by Amy if I knew who the person was after I had already stated that I didn't). I was charged for all these useless emails. They credited back some money after I threatened to terminate services but in the end they took my entire retainer and told me I was upside down after some correspondence they allegedly made to someone in another country but I never got a final breakdown of all the services. Worst part is all of the money and the house in the trust had already been stolen by the caretaker and Gostanian law wanted another $20k to pursue the case after they had already lost my trust. They made a bad situation so much worse with their incompetency and carelessness.

This is a firm with top-notch litigators. I have personally met Amy Gostanian and Michelle Bartolic. Amy and Michelle are some of the best legal minds I have worked with. Aside from being excellent attorneys, Amy and Michelle are some of the most caring and compassionate people you will meet.

Amy, Michelle and their team are the best of the best. When it comes their field, they are the most qualified, diligent, responsive, empathetic as it gets for a law firm. I would not hesitate to send a family member or any person needing their services, and I could not be more confident in their team!

I don't trust 90 percent of attorneys forever. I trust Ryan. My issue has been going on for nine years. I finally have traction and intend to prevail. After a court action in the New Year I will hire Ryan for the new actions. Finally a real not full of it Firm.

I thought that the price to update my trust was kind of high but I still went to Estate Lawyers. Amy Gostanian took all our info and make us understand all the pro and cons in making a trust, paralegal Diane Davis was the go too and she took all info that we agreed during the meeting, she went above and behind to treat us the best way possible, she is a very good hearted person. Cassidy Russell she was the lawyer that checked the whole trust and make sure that we had all our wishes.
