If I could give no stars I would but thanks to Google I have to. He was appointed to me as my attorney I’ve had two court cases he’s never showed

Contacted him for a consultation on my case. He sent me an email stating that he had several years of experience dealing with my type of case. He also stated that he could help me. I called his office to get a consultation and his assistant told me that he wouldn't speak with me until I paid $25 to get my driving record so that he could review my background. He called and I told him what was going on. He said that he wanted to try something and wouldn't charge me. He needed a couple of days to see if his idea would work. 4 weeks later, I get a call from him stating he wants $750 to work on my case with no guarantees of success. Not worth the time or the money working with this lawyer. If he couldn't help me, he should have said something in the beginning.

Mr. Morgan is a dedicated, well respected attorney in Charlotte, NC. He has tried, and was successful on many types of cases. Criminal Defense, however is his speciality. He will answer your call whenever you find yourself in trouble. A time like that can be most terrifying and embarrassing. You want someone who will be with you from start to finish. He gives his upmost attention to your case. I have been most impressed with Mr. Morgan. YOU CANT GO WRONG

He was appointed as my public defender in a case when I was very young, he did little to nothing to help me didn't listen to me at all. Thanks to this mans negligence and how young I was I have been dealing with the consequences for the last ten years. I can honestly say that if I had personally hired him that maybe the results would have turned out differently but that alone says a lot about this mans personal ethics. Having that been said, I would recommend anyone else.
