Run the other direction! A complete ripoff. After changing attorneys on me twice and showing up unprepared in court, I relieved Beatrice Snider of duty. I ended up learning the ropes on my own and representing myself. That was easier and more successful than dealing with Beatrice.

If I could give negative stars I would. If you are accustomed to paying good money, more than the average, for good service, don't hire this firm. I hired Ms. Snider because she told me she could handle an aggressive divorce situation that involved high income. She was right, but she was aggressive with me. I was passed from one staff lawyer to another, each getting virtually nothing done after two years and charging me upwards of $250K. The last attorney on her team, yelled at me, literally scolded me, and told me not to interrupt her she she spoke. When I fired her office, I was up to date on all bills (hundreds of thousands of dollars) but received a "surprise bill" over $30K that was to prepare my files--after she was fired. Its all about the almighty dollar. They cared nothing about the fact that myself and two children where escaping an abusive situation. I have spoken to dozens of past clients who have settled with her only to be legally "gagged" and are not supposed to say anything. Shady, Shady, Shady business that has no sense of ethics. I probably would have been better off representing myself in my divorce rather than hiring anyone from this firm. They drug out my simple case for over a year. What a shock on the day of your hearing to find your attorney telling you that you wont get anything THEY encouraged you to ask for, and then refuse to discuss it with the judge. I wound up over $30,000 in debt with this law firm and walked away from my divorce completely empty handed and filing bankruptcy.
