The most unprofessional lawyer ever! Hasn't helped me with my custody battle case at all. Hes very un caring towards the case!nOriginally charged me 2,000 and tried to charge me extra later on and not explain why. Harassed me and sent me crazy text messages to my phone insisting about the money! Talking to me like a child, saying I'm a liar and he's very upset with me ?!?! He also threatened me and insisted constantly over and over again to pay him NOW (A LOT MUCH MORE THAN WHAT I ORIGINALLY OWED HIM) only because my son recieced a good amount of child support. HORRIBLE LAWYER DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, very money hungry! Will do anything to get quick cash.

My son hired David Chang as attorney to represent him in a divorce. We scheduled an appointment to go over all the details which should have been very simple. He took very little time with us and my son paid him $750. Never got a copy of the divorce papers as promised and he was very uncaring. He is basically a scam artist, reminding me of a type of operation with a fold up table and chair. There one day and gone the next. We should have walked away on my first instinct, but my son married a crazy woman and wanted to get this done fast. I definetly would not recommend him to my worst enemy. $750 waisted and went to another lawyer and got it done as it should have been done.instead of paying an additional $1500 for nothing. Someone needs to to check on this guy as he is a crook and a lier. Please avoid using this lawyer

Contacted David Chan in a simple legal matter. Was quoted $950, paid $650 up front. Assistant promised to send me e-mails with progress. Never received a single one... Called following up and started getting the run around regarding what I felt was lack of action. Called again to be told that it was taking longer than expected and no more work would be performed until I paid the extra amount required. The new amount was now was $2,500 and no more work would be done until the bill was paid. Really??? Basically a crook. Stay away, a lot better lawyers out there that can take care of you. Bait and switch.
