-5+?'s 2022, Foster parent Nicole Osepian w/so called 25+ YRS experience in foster care, gave me a creepy call, laughing over the phone she calls just to say "DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR KIDS ARE, THEY'RE WITH THE [MALE] CASEWORKER, THEY BEEN WITH HIM SINCE NIGHT BEFORE (LAUGHS) OKAY JUST WANTED YOU TO KNOW" My twins not even 1yo were returned with two pairs of size 4 diapers on, walking wit legs spread apart, redness in-between, when they should use size 6; Nicole Osepian said they keep overflowing. Year before their older sister was returned same condition; TWO PAIRS OF DIAPERS TWO SIZES TOO SMALL, AWKWARD WALK, SAME FOSTER PARENT!! ALSO A HUGE BRUISED LUMP ON FOREHEAD THATS NOW AN INDENTATION THANK YOU PREJUDICE ANMC ER, KEPT ME CUFFED 3 DAYS NO FOOD NO WATER NO CONTACT, MY 3 UNDER 3 BABIES WERE SWEPT UP BY OCS AFTER GOING ER FOR PAINS

Receptionist are rude! They should say who they are to make complaints. No customer service. They don't like their job they should work elsewhere!!!!

My 4 grandchildren were taken away due to parent negligence. This place needs to change their mission statement to I will return your call in 48hs or I am out call someone who is also out.

In the past , I didn't like nothing about this agency. Since my case has been closed for years now and my son is an adult, without children I think they need to follow up on family's with 13 year olds not in school and is just at home. Who is in charge in this state?!

One thing in mind, they make sure you go to another home hopefully loving an kind they keep you from having mental trauma they keep you from growing up with abusive people an having to be independent an instead of working a job for you messed up family you can keep everything you make an work on yourself
