HORRIBLE! Spent over $1200....ended up worse off then where I started. A huge waste of time, energy, and money. I can not emphasize this enough. Jennifer tucked tail and ran after being informed who my wife's attorney was, she didnt want to "deal with all the paper work". This left me scrambling at the last minute to find someone to take the case over. Insanely inconsiderate, just in it for the easiest money. Ms. Broussard is semi-retired and does not maintain a permanent office or staff. However, she charges as if she is from a top law firm. She will charge $300 for an intial consultation in a shared office space building...dressed in a t-shirt and sandals. The straw that broke the camel's back, and encouraged me to write this review, was that when she QUIT, she had the nerve to charge an additonal few hundred dollars to transfer the paper work to my new attorney. So basically $600 of her fee was marketing herself to me in the initial consult and quitting. The other $600 was 3 phone calls (correcting her mistakes) and one document she ended up filing INCORRECTLY. She will nickle and dime the pants off you for mediocre/messy/overpriced work. Look elsewhere!! You will waste your time, spend your money and leave feeling used and disappointed. I consider Jennifer a big mistake and simply a waste of time and an odd distraction. She is also big into Jesus and will remind you of this fact with a ranting bible sermon attached to every email. This is something I view as innappropriate in secular life and should have been a red flag. So to summarize.... She is over priced, ineffective, unprofessional, and inconsiderate.
