I hate to have to make a review, as I hired Katherine 11 years ago to finish my divorce, but it didn't sit with me well. I am having issues again with my son's father and I decided to try her again, as I feel like I don't have it in me this time to represent myself. Heidi scheduled a phone interview for me for 12pm. I call her office back at 12:15 after not receiving a call yet. Katherine finally called me at 12:31pm and had me on speaker phone so I couldn't understand her very well. She seemed like she didn't remember who I was and ran off what things that "I" would have to file, like she didn't really want to help me. After me giving her a rundown of my situation, she tells me that her retainer is $7,000, but she can discount it to $5,000. ???????????? She must be living good because last time I hired her, I paid less than $2,000 I believe. She had someone email me a link to see if I could qualify to make payments through Affirm. I responded by email and asked if she could give me the things that I would need to file for the court in email, and no response. I guess that last email would have cost me too. That's just another level of greed that I don't have time for dealing with a stressful situation.

Katherine and her team have been wonderful to work with. With such a sensitive and stressful topic of navigating family court they do an amazing job of being responsive and on top of everything.

I have Kim as an attorney and she is so amazing. She goes above and behind for me and I am truly grateful for her to be by myself. She has made my divorce easy and always has my best interest at heart.

STAY AWAY, this law firm is unethical and unprofessional. They dismissed my attorney ONE WEEK before my hearing and didn’t bother to tell me that I could stay with my attorney. I was then charged $1,600 for another attorney to review my case and they still knew nothing about my situation. This law firm should not be allowed to practice law, they shouldn’t even be allowed to practice softball. Stay away from this firm, they’ll take your money and leave you hanging just like they did to me.

I called this office to try to get a postnuptial for myself and my husband which we are in agreement on, simply wanting to protect our assets, and the receptionist, Heidi, refused to speak with me because they are working with my husband's ex-wife on something. When I asked if she can speak with my husband, she just hung up on me. She sounded extra paranoid like she is working for the maffia and in fear for her life. Maybe the ex wife has a case for child custody, but she could have been far more polite to me and not treat me like I'm some sort of criminal already guilty. I was NOT pressing her for any details on that case whatsoever, I was simply confused, and asked her if she would be able to speak with my husband and "click". RUDE.
