The first two reviews you see here are from two vindictive mothers, trying to keep children away from the fathers. If you want fairness justice, abd somebody who will actually fight for you. Hire her she will not let you lie you cannot make up lies. You cannot be vindictive. She will help you down to the bottom. Another lawyer practically stole my money and I ended up with L Gavito. At first I thought she was rude with how short she kept phone calls and I was getting and thinking my case is just another pile for her. Nope she called me out nowhere to me to go get my kids for spring break. I’m currently on the best route to getting my children. She will work on your case even when you think she is not. LET HER COOK as they say. I’m 3 Months into my custody against a spiteful person. I wish I hired Gavito from the start. She CARES

During our first meeting, Letty seemed very passionate to fight for me. My daughters dad had not been consistent physically or financially with our daughter and was fighting for his visitation. Once Letty Gavito collected my money, she put up no fight and said he seemed like a nice guy. My daughter kicked and screamed when she saw her dad and was physical removed by police at age 4 to give him his visitation for the summer. My daughter was and still is traumatized. We both attend counseling for her continued confusion and separation anxiety. Years later she still NEVER wants to go but is court ordered because my attorney thought he was a “nice guy”.

I have been in and out of court for my 9 year old since he was 1. I have had other attorneys, but I have never had an experience like with Ms. Gavito. She was completely thorough. She wanted everything in detail. She took a good amount of time to hear my story without making me feel like I wan on a time limit. She actually had compassion, and seemed to really care about my case, and my son. Her prices are more then fair. She isn't the type of person to BS about your chances. Shes honest with her opinion, and wont give you unrealistic expectatiins. Shes genuinely real. This is a strong woman you would want to represent you. Shes completely sweet, and charming, but surprisingly fierce. I wouldn't want to be going up against her. It may sound like I'm talking her up, and that's because I am. I really felt blessed to have her in my corner, and I'm sure you'l feel the same way. If you're looking at her reviews befor talking with her I strongly urge you get a consultation. Just talking with her that first time gave me a huge since of relief. Anytime i have met with her shes always had a way of making me feel like everything is just going to be okay.

After searching for several attorneys, I was recommended Ms. Gavito from a good friend. If your looking for someone that has your best interest at heart, Ms. Gavito gets the job done. She is second to none!

I will always appreciate Letty Gavito for putting and end to the battle I was in. Case was Closed settled and beat within 3 weeks she is a beast at what she does.
