If I could give 0 stars I would. I called them 2 weeks ago for an issue with immigration needed right there help. It took them 2 weeks to respond to me. Really??? Immigration issues are time consuming and need respond immediately. Too late now my issue was resolved that same day.

I feel like they prioritize new clients than the established clients. It takes multiple tries to reach someone over the phone and if you try to change your appointment it takes about 3 weeks to get another one.

I made an appointment for 12pm and they had me waiting in the office for longer than 30 minutes, and never called me. I had to request the time from my job to be able to come, it is not okay that you all play with people’s time. We also have to work and if you ask me to be at 12pm there I would expect to be seen at 12pm, otherwise just be mindful and reschedule the appointment. If it is like that for the first appointment I cannot imagine how would be the rest of the process.
