I spoke with Matthew Martin himself this afternoon. I explained to him the issue I was facing but was confused and unsure on the entire matter. Matthew looked into the matter, gave me advice on what my options would be and steps I should take pursuing this. He was very educated, thorough, sincere and was completely honest with me. He told me that he doesn’t believe I would need to seek his counsel due to the fact of my case being very small. He did offer to take it on for a fee but suggested I try to resolve the matter myself first. Most attorneys will not say anything other than “hello” and “my retainer fee is”.
