I used them to file and H1B application for an employee at my company. They were very helpful and while it was a difficult process, they made it as painless as it possibly could be. I will use them again for other OPT applicants filing for H1B.
I hired them through Harvard for a green card application. My main complain is that they let us down (but kept their money, of course) just before the interview with immigration (can't explain the issue, but even the admins at Harvard that use this office were puzzled). The lady who's one of the main lawyers in the office was very patronizing. She asked irrelevant questions that were almost offensive.
