I came to Ochoa & Calderon with a sensitive and difficult case. To begin, I was about 75% sure I had a case, not 100%, but they gave me the reassurance that convinced me to pursue it. For context, my case was a workers comp case that involved a good amount of confidentiality (for identity of other employees due to nature of the field) as well as some intimidation from my old employer upon those same aforementioned employees.
