Dui Defense first time regular DUI: His trial defense is similar to a public defender. In the leadup to the trial, he does all the basic stuff - interview officers, go to hearings, etc. However in trial he doesn't cross examine police officers. The 2 cops' stories contradicted each other, and he never brought this up. For example, one cop said i was going 45 in a 30 while the other cop exaggerated and said i was going 60. An obvious descrepancy. He basically went through the motions, and gave the case to the prosecution. After the trial, he had the nerve to ask for $1,500 more. A public defender would have done a better job. Certainly not worth $4,000. Save your money.

If you hire this guy expect to find yourself in prison is the worst lawyer that ever passed the bar if you passed the bar for simple case he screwed it all up and got me the worst worst time I could ever do the only reason I'm giving him one stories because he showed up to court
