I’m a previous PAYING client. I was referred by an acquaintance and had had high hope this man would at least show a level of professionalism expected in such manner. This man has re-routed my calls and has had the insensitivity of ignoring my calls and legit question one encounters in such legal matters . Note this review isn’t based on the out-come of my case more so his treatment and attention towards his clients. He’s been unavailable and unreachable more so after a surprise legal manner arose. I’ve called his office multiple times and his intern’s knowledge reflect a level of mediocrity that is down right insulting to any legal firm. As time progressed with my case I found myself being more successful going into the office in person and have found his office to be open to cannabis and hemp products (not that I’m against it but one should maintain a certain candor in such a field). I fell to this position because I needed legal counsel but failed to educate myself that not all lawyers actually care and have a level of empathy and humanity to give their clients the feeling as simple as being heard. My final thought is despite your legal situation look elsewhere for representation, results matter and so does service and attention look elsewhere in this stressful journey (Legal journey) for legal needs. This man/legal firm is based on meeting a personal quota not in helping his community or enriching individual in the processes.

Alberto munoz is not professional doesn't do any research before going to court. Don't pay in full amount otherwise he will never answer your phone calls. Worst attorney experience of my life. My sister paid you $1,500 to represent me in court the hearing was on the phone because the court is closed now. After the hearing which he lost because he told them I'm renting a whole house for $1250 when he should have told them I'm renting one bedroom for $1250 thats what the court minutes said he didn't spend one minute researching my case. we tried calling you all day on Friday you never answer the phone we were stressed out worried we're geting evicted on the weekend becoming homeless and we finally got a hold of you on Monday at 2pm but before you got paid you were talking to us at 7 p.m. after you get paid you never answered our calls. You were talking to our landlord Henry Nahid 7 days ago begging him to take down his review if you do the other case for half price which he did but we're not taking down this review people need to know you don't care what happens to your clients as long as you got paid. He did another case for my neighbor he screwed that up as well the hearing was over the phone he refuses to give them the court minutes so they don't know why the judge denied it what kind of attorney would do this to his client he's telling them you go get it from the court what a scam. I'm attaching two pictures that proves I was a client of his he keeps telling Yelp we dont have a client by that name and the courts are closed so Yelp takes down the reviews yes the courts are closed but you do the hearing over the phone that's what you get paid for don't play these games anymore its not going to work.

Alberto Muñoz helped me earlier this year not get evicted after my landlord try to evicted me due to the landlord not fixing the overflown sink was that unsanitary to live in. Thank you Alberto Muñoz for your help during those difficult times.

This is a total waste of money and time. Horrible communication, and literally didn’t even show up to the court date after he called to remind me a day before. Also dropped my case because he couldn’t handle it last minute! AVOID AT ALL COST
