Had over a 30 minute wait just to be seated. I believe they have a staffing problem as there were plenty of tables with plates from past patrons . The burgers were cold when they arrived at our table a d disheveled..
Very rude and thinks Im gonna pay a hospital bill that isn't mine because someone stole my id and hospital never asked whoever it was for id. Well they are about to be sued right along with the hospital!!! Yall are very unprofessional and need to go back to law school.. I also found out that the hospital that is supposedly suing me has never heard of the operation coordinator name that is on paperwork sent to me from them. This place is a scam ans does asome illegal b.s
Even though I'm in collections with this company for a b.s hospital bill I find them very respectful and helpful in setting up a payment plan. Had a little trouble with last months bill gave them a call and no problem. Very willing to help me I think as long as you stay in touch with them.
I have read the reviews and I’m sorry a lot of you guys had issues with this company. But my experience was a really positive one. One of my hospital bills I thought was paid for in the summer was not and I got a letter from them. I called and was greeted by a very kind gentleman whose name I wish I got but he sounded French. I explained my situation to him and I told him I wanted to pay the bill but needed the proper bill to send to my insurance to be reimbursed. He said no problem that he will make sure that I get the correct bill and I paid the bill. He was very kind and sweet! Thanks for helping me!
I make my payments as best I can. I choose not to mail in payments due to the amount of theft and fraud with mailing checks and money orders. I now find out that they are charging a $6.45 fee for processing credit card/debit card payments. To add an additional almost 10 dollars onto what we already owe each month seems not only excessive, but a tad insensitive. This is a collections company. Folks who are paying you are probably already having a hard time making ends meet. To put the cost of the payment processor back onto the person who owes money is just adding insult to injury. What small payment processor did they switch to, anyways? Are they using a larger company, like Teesus? Very disappointing they would make such a choice right before the holidays.
