We had an amazing experience working with the team (primarily Christina and Jane) here to get my green card. We really appreciated how organized and communicative they were throughout the entire process; they kept us in the loop and were consistently on top of things. Furthermore, they were prompt in responding to our questions, went out of their way to solve issues that arose with minimal disruption to us, and ensured we were completely prepared for our interview (even though we were late setting up an appointment, Christina went out of her way to make sure we were prepared).
