Juan J. Piles, Esquire

Mr Piles handled a closing for my buyer and the title fee to my buyer was double what he charged the seller. The seller is the one who chose the title company. I have never encountered such a high fee for title before and I have been a Realtor for 15 years. The closing was not a great experience in his office compared to other title companies I have worked with. I do not recommend. This review is only for Title services and not the attorney side of his business.

Very knowledgeable and efficient staff. Mr. Piles is an excellent attorney who truly cares about his clients. Highly recommended!
