Micheal White did his job! But his staff on the other hand ,just 1 person really... I don't know who she is, or who she thought she was , but Mr. Micheal that emoloyee of yours needs a customer service refresher or maybe taught how to respect and humble herself when she is told by you to call your clients past and present. I'm not sure if this woman is just your employee or part owner ( she could've fooled me) she is rude ,unprofessional and her attitude needs to be checked at the door before she even starts work for that day.Mind you its too early in the morning for all that attitude and you are too grown lady to be acting that way. What I just experience was an eye opener. She puts a not so good name out for this office.
