Pierce Rivera office office choosen to deliver the new residence card to their office without asking for my approval. When they received the card they asked me to pay them $7 the cost for mailing the card to my house! I felt that that was a pathetic and cheap way to handle their client, since it was their mistake and without my approval. They lost my next step business and for sure will share my bad experience with my friends
