Rex did a great job for me in 2023 and about 5 years before that to. He is genuine, professional, and gets the best results possible. I have recommended him to other people and still would. He knows what he is doing and does it well.

I’m very disappointed to write this, especially since Rex receives all raving reviews. This was honestly not something I wanted to write, but after receiving so much unprofessionalism I have to speak on this. I reached out to Mr. Roldan to do my bankruptcy. After briefly talking on the phone, I was invited into his office and he let me know about the process. I will always give credit when it’s due, he was very personable and explained to me the ins and outs of the bankruptcy. He was able to answer all my questions and I was happy to continue since it was so decently priced. I wanted to avoid eviction so I can have the proper time to leave my apartment since I have a foot injury. He let me know on the ways to stop it and I was excited to get to work. He also insisted on me contacting him to answer any questions if needed and he would be at my service. After our conversation I left and got to work, the next day I sent in all the paperwork he asked me for. After that I gave him a call, but received no reply. I thought he might be with another client so I left a voice mail. I continued to see if there was anything I could do on my end while I waited for him to reach back out. It was now the next day and I hadn’t heard from him, so I gave him another call . “Surely he was busy and I caught him at the wrong time” I thought to myself. But as the day continued I realized I didn’t do the online class, so I pushed the odd behavior to me not having all my paper work. It took me about into the next day to finish the class, and once I was done,I forwarded the certificate to Mr. Roland. At that time I still haven’t received a call back or email from him and it’s been about 3 days. I waited until the end of day to hear from him and nothing. Since this was a time sensitive, I was desperate to get a reply, so I decided to stop by his office the next day. I was met by a lady who told me he was out for the day and only comes by for meetings. I let her know that they were moving forward with my judgement and asked her if she could give this paperwork to Mr. Roldan so he knows it’s urgent. Since then nothing. It’s now been two weeks since I’ve last spoken to Mr. Roldan. I wanted to wait until I have left my apartment and got situated to write that the amount of unprofessionalism is quite baffling. I’ve never been “Ghosted” by a lawyer before. Especially one who kept insisting on his aid and that I could reach out if there was anything I needed. I think a simple “unfortunately I cant take your case” would’ve sufficed, but to just completely ignore someone is childish. I’m not sure what kind of business Mr. Roland is running but this was honestly such a waste of my time. I hope you find what you’re looking for when it comes to hiring a lawyer since it’s already a daunting process, but I would never suggest Mr. Roldan to anyone. He was irresponsible with my time and irresponsible with my case and that’s not someone you want defending you or handling your bankruptcy. His prices may be low but you get what you pay for here. LUCKLY he did not receive a dime from me. I could only imagine what would’ve happened he did.
