Let me start out by saying that if you offend easily, Fred is not the attorney for you. He is harsh, judgemental and can seemingly lack compassion, but he is honest and he good at his job. If I'm being completely honest, let's just say that Fred has made me cry, but not for reasons undeserved.

I was in need of some money while in between jobs. He let me come in and help out and clean as well as organize some items in the storage area of his office. He was very polite, curtious, and easy to talk to.

Erwin is trash, he’s extremely rude and unprofessional. He doesn’t deserve your business.

Gave $1500.00 up front. Everything I requested, he said could not be done in a court of law. Said in court everything would work itself out. He even took a personal phone call during an appointment on my dime. After a year of nothing happening, got another attorney. She did everything I requested, got a final judgment within 6 months...all favorable.

We walked out of our initial consultation. I'm not sure how he is in business. He loves to hear himself talk. He was extremely rude, and interrupted everyone. All we could do was laugh at his inappropriate behavior, and take our money elsewhere.
