Do not use William Layton for anything. The fees are outrageous and, it's almost impossible to contact him. He does not respond to emails or phone calls. One must go through his paralegal who, I'm sure, sends along the message but it takes a long time for a response and also a long time to complete the work. In my case, the results were disastrous and I blame this on him.

Paralegal was great. The lawyer (William Layton), however, was difficult to work with. Fees charged were intransparent and Bill was unable to answer basic questions about his fees. Would not recommend again for estate cases.
