I had a very positive experience using Attorney Ledon, I’d also really want to highlight her paralegal Patrick. He was very communicative and thorough in every email and phone call through the entire process and when I did need to speak with Ms.Ledon it was very informative and insightful. I tried working with other attorneys in the area on a credit reporting issue and they all were not nearly as prompt as her and her team. I hope I never have an issue and need to use her services again , but if I do I know where to go!

This attorney is the epitome of incompetence. Lacking essential skills, her strategy relies on your inaction, allowing her to file baseless claims and secure default judgments. Her representation of debt collectors reflects a complete disregard for legal standing. During a court session, when I requested just a few days to hire an attorney, she promptly removed herself from the case.

A basic skill, answering emails, she doesn't do it. In addtion, the explanation from her for not answering emails or acting in a case (in spite of my follow-up) after 2-3 months was lack of personnel! Brilliant. That may be the reason why she has so few reviews.

Jacqueline is incredible. She was always available when needed. Very responsive and provided timely results! I can’t sing her praises enough. A+ professionalism from start to finish.
