Not a well experience with Les. Feel nickled and dimed always stretching conversations to extend time on calls etc. You can see $$ all over. We attempted to present a divorce agreement based on his experience and we got it rejected. We lost time, effort and certainly in our opinion, some extra time/charges that believe were not necessary . With another attorney now, where some diffetemces in approach is 100% different.

Les was a fantastic mediator and made what could have been a very difficult process very easy under the circumstances. He quoted us a price and it was exactly what he said. He is kind and listens and helps move things forward seamlessly. In these situations the parties getting a divorce need to listen and bring their full selves to the process too.

Les helped us with a non contentious divorce and it was all unexpectedly painless. He did a wonderful job de-escalating the messy and potentially difficult issues that easily could have pulled at the seams throughout our journey. Les was able to keep us on track for a kind, clear and easy court proceeding. Thanks so much.

Unfortunately me and my ex had a pretty bad experience with Les. When we originally went to him he mentioned our case would probably be around 3k, we ended up paying close to 11k and could NOT get the job done, we had to go with another mediator to finish our mediation. I am not sure if he does this with other parties, but he overexplained things in person and took a very very long time while in person, explaining the SAME concept over and over again.. only adding up to more and more billable hours, Additionally, he charged us for every email read, which is completely subjective. If someone charges 350/hour for reading an email, then that person should disclose that at the beginning of mediation vs responding to email and then charging that amount. If you want a good mediator go with Ed Amarall, he charged us a fixed fee of 1,000 for mediation, got the job done, was fast, we did NOT see any additional charges and was great to us!
