I paid for parking and received a ticket before my time was up that I paid for. I disputed the ticket according to their policy and procedure the day after. I sent them my paid receipt and proof of purchase in my dispute. That was November 2023. Fast forward to today, March 2024, and I have received TWO letters from this establishment saying that I owe them $73 for a parking violation despite parking correctly and paying for it correctly FOUR MONTHS AGO. Absolutely ridiculous. Very very frustrating. I called them to let them know that I will not be paying this fine, and the person I spoke with over the phone was actually very kind. Hoping this gets resolved.

My name is Peter and I am here to say that this law firm conducts themselves in a very unprofessional manner. Be wary of what you agree to with them as they will just try to get your information to benefit themselves whether it’s the actual agreement you came to or not! The young lady that I dealt with agreed to split a payment so that I wasn’t put into a financial burden, and even set up a payment date to complete the transaction, but as the snakes in the grass that this law firm is they took the full amount that was owed and went against anything we agreed to. When I called to get them to fix this as usual their hands are apparently tied and they give you their apology as if that would help you buy your children dinner. Again be wary and good luck dealing with these so called professionals. I guess although they are spelled differently, lawyer and liar are exacts!

This law firm operates in a manner that can only be described as grossly incompetent and shockingly negligent. It's baffling how an organization tasked with representing the government could be so haphazard in their approach, especially when it comes to verifying the identities of the citizens they relentlessly pursue. Their lack of attention to detail is astounding. They seem to have absolutely no idea how to ensure that their actions are based on accurate information. It's as if they've never heard of the concept of "getting their ducks in a row." Instead, they charge ahead recklessly, causing chaos and distress for innocent citizens. This firm's actions are not just careless; they're utterly reprehensible. It's a disgrace that an entity claiming to uphold the law and protect the interests of the government can be so woefully inadequate in fulfilling its responsibilities. Their complete disregard for accuracy and fairness is nothing short of an affront to justice. In the face of such incompetence, I implore anyone unfortunate enough to encounter this law firm to exercise extreme caution and seek legal representation elsewhere. Dealing with them is akin to playing a dangerous game with one's rights and reputation, as they seem more interested in thoughtless actions than in adhering to any semblance of ethical standards. In summary, this rogue law firm's staggering ineptitude and blatant negligence make them a disgrace to the legal profession and a menace to the citizens they claim to represent.

Literally a scam. My copy of the letter had an address from Texas. Said I had a parking violation in 2016 in Montgomery county. Searched with my maiden name (which i would not have used at the time but was somehow listed on the letter) and nothing came up except a speeding ticket from 2014. Nothing at all came up for my married name. Will be reporting them to BBB along with countless other people.

Definitely a scam They tried telling me that I got a ticket in June of 2021 on a vehicle I didn't buy until January of 2022 a 2018 Toyota Highlander I mean literally the plate number didn't exist until this year Funny when you think about it lol Nice try linebarger better luck next time
