The ethics of this law firm are questionable at best. The turn over of their legal staff makes working with them a challenge. If you are not a top paying client, plan to be bounced around like a golf-ball. You will hear every excuse in the book, which may not be lies, but are unprofessional. For a representation of the ethics of dealing with this firm; just look at the two most recent five star google reviews written by “Kevin Peters” and “Aileen Peters”. (Screenshot attached here so there is a record.) Not only were these two glowing reviews written by employees of this law firm, one of these fake reviews was written by a PARTNER of the law firm! Clearly, the ethics issues I experienced stem from the top. Gesmer, here is some legal advice; self-promoting and fraudulent reviews are is in direct violation of Google’s terms of service. Even if you were not aware of Google's terms of service, how were you comfortable with doing this ethically? If you are someone considering to use this law firm and they offer to take your case on contingency, think twice. At least, read their google reviews — those are trustworthy just like this law firm…
