I had my car accident on August 28th 2023. My father had used Loncar in the past when he was involved in a really bad accident, so he suggested I immediately call them. The first part of the process was actually really great. They immediately got me medical care, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything, and everything was really nice. Well, until it wasn’t. I had several issues with the actual doctors office they set me up with because one nurse would say I was done with treatment and sign me out, but then another would say I have been missing treatment days and reported that to my representative at Loncar. However, that is not Loncar’s fault. What is Loncar’s fault however is that it has been 5 months since my accident and I still have not received a settlement or even an estimate of when it will be done. Why do I have to keep emailing for an update? You would think after weeks of radio silence, someone would at least reach out. They keep saying they’re waiting on medical records and I have tried to be patient because I know that doctors offices can be a pain, but I really am so frustrated. Why did you wait months to consider calling the management of the doctor’s office to see why they aren’t sending the paperwork? I don’t even understand how that is the case because when I talked to my doctor for my final checkup, he said he would send it out that evening. I even offered to call the office for them, because clearly it is not going to get done otherwise. I don’t feel valued or cared about at all. If I did not email them asking for an update, I simply would be forgotten about. I’m not sure if they are just short staffed or what the issue is, but I would not recommend working with this firm at all.

Do not listen to any of these so called good comments on here say!!! This place is a joke! We got in a car accident over year ago, was hit from behind. This company got our police report and called us, sent us to different doctors just to run a bill up. My neck and back still hurts to this day!! The other insurance company sent an offer back but it wasn’t enough because the doctors bills that was charged to us sounds insane, we get no updates or calls from this law firm at all! Their only purpose is to get them and the doctors a check at the end of the day!!! This law firm is not here to help you at all!! I called last October and still haven’t got a call back! The guy that was working on our case quit! And nobody informed us, so what does that tell you about this company.. PLEASE if this company reach out after your accident don’t work with them!! You’re better off calling the company that’s on the radio all the time, they probably will care and help you more!! PLEASE DONT US THIS COMPANY UPDATE!!!!!! As y’all can see from the response I got back, the lack of professionalism that this comment has! I got married and Oops just a name hasn’t change yet smh. My previous representative was Tony Sanchez!! As you should know Mr. Sanchez is no longer employed with your business!! I have emails from January 2023 from him and the last email dated July 2023!! We called October 2023 was told he left the company, and we had been assigned a new person! The new person never called us, so we called back and some else informed us that our case could take years to handle because our medical bills are 55,000!! Plus this company fees and whatever we would have even walked away with!! My neck hurts still to this day!! I go to physical therapy that’s coming out my mines and the insurance pocket! But yet who this company sent us to did nothing that helped me and my husband but yet was billed so much! But I will call your office on Monday with the name y’all have on file since I’m Working for someone to leave bad reviews smh I have no reason to lie!! Stay clear from this law firm!!!

Been waiting several years for them to get a resolution for a car accident. It's not 100% their fault because, the guy who hit me has been avoiding them. But, they have not made any attempts to keep me informed on what is going on or any details about what they are doing to try to do to get a settlement or to get this person into court. So, I do not (at this time) recommend this law firm.

i still have an ongoing case with this law firm since june 2022 and at first i was given a wonderful lady she would call me to see how i was feeling and give me Constant updates with everything going on with the case. then one day they switched me attorneys and now i never hear anything about my case unless i call a few times and leave voicemails just to get a hold off my attorney.it came to a point where i was being lied to when i would ask about if they received the paperwork they were waiting months for just to hear "we haven't heard back from them" but when i call the office from where i did my MRIs at i was told that on file the attorneys office sent the request of paperwork not months ago like i was told but requested about almost a week and a half ago! i'm a mom who lives a very long distance from any kind of well paying jobs, currently my child and i are attending school and who takes drives an in-law to and from doctors appointments several times a week and who's debt is piling up. it seems ridiculous to have a open case for a year and a half and have rarely been contacted by my lawyer Have gotten nowhere close to a settlement And have been left in the dark about what feels like everything... so unless you have years to spare to settle a case your needing help with i don't recommend this law-firm to you.

Thankful for Wendy Hernandez. She was able to get me some pay back for an accident that was not my fault. She was fast and handled everything very professionally. Thank you
