Lugar Law represented me in a speeding case for 71 in a 55. The charge was reduced to defective equipment with a lower fine that I was expecting. I highly recommend Lugar Law. I received a summons for driving 84 mph in a 60 mph zone which is considered reckless driving in the State of Virginia. Ms. Lugar obtained an outstanding result which was beyond my expectations. She is clearly highly skilled and knowledgeable in matters like this!
I am not good at this review stuff. I am very disappointed that I did lose time with my daughter after fighting a decade to hold on to seeing my daughter every week. I guess it’s hard to be a lawyer for a father in Virginia. The way the mom got up and turn on her waterworks like when she gets pulled over. It worked on the judge! Then the GAL didn’t do her job. I can’t even communicate with my daughter between visits because the mom takes away her phone. I don’t know. I didn’t have the money to pay for a lawyer. I just thought it would have helped me with time with my daughter. Now the mom is on a power trip. It’s heartbreaking to be father that wants to be in his child’s life. Not a part time visitor parent. I’m praying this year gets over so my daughter and I can move on away from her mother. Since the court system failed. It takes 2 to make a child. To bad father don’t have rights in Virginia courts.
I had a hard time finding a lawyer to take my small case where I was being sued and Cerid agreed to take my case. The suit ended up being dropped and Luger Law had a huge hand in that. I will definitely be using them again if I ever need to. Thanks for your hard work!!
