My wife and I were involved in a 3 car accident in March of this year. We were rear ended and pushed into the car in front of us. This was the first car accident we had been a party to that had required us to seek medical care. Once we had depleted our PIP (personal injury) no fault insurance, we sought legal advice from Lusk, Drasites and Tolisano to help limit our personal exposure to medical costs related to the car accident. We spoke with one of the firm’s partners, Mark Drasites. After thoroughly reviewing our case, Mark told us that we should expect all of our medical costs to be covered by the insurance carrier representing the person that struck our vehicle as well as our own insurance carrier. This was a new experience for my wife and I, one that Mark and his legal assistant Rebecca Davis made simple as could possibly be. From the beginning of dealing with this place the assistant rebecca been slacking. We would ask her to file Paperwork, and she said she would file it and call us back. She would never call us back after four calls. I was the one responsible to get all of the paperwork from our insurance company. She said that we could send them in her ourselves. I'm very upset by the service that was provided to us. With no phone calls back, no emails. We were recommended to them and I would never use them again. Unfortunately, mark is a nice guy. But the people that are in place to support him should look for a new job. After all is said and done I could have done the same thing myself. As Rebecca did and I could have saved myself $3000. Then Rebecca hands us paperwork at the and tells us if there's any issues to send it in. And basically, it's our responsibility at this point since they got paid. She would always say that there extremely busy is Which is all great, fine and dandy but if you're too busy to take care of the clients that you have currently, then you should not take on more clients and maybe hire the appropriate amount of help to support everybody that's in the office. I am very discouraged, disappointed, unhappy mad and feel like Again I could have done this myself.
