I couldn’t have asked for a better team to represent me for my case. Amber, is by far the best person I met throughout this. Always super sweet, super helpful, and always extremely personal and never made me feel like I was being a bother. My case had so many unknowns, but the whole Marks and Harrison team made the process easier.
WORST ATTORNEY EVER!!! I would NEVER recommend this firm. I wasn't represented appropriately. Never once did i meet my attorney face to face. They didn't do the research they should have.
My husband and I called them after his accident. Explained to them what had happened, and in no time they took our case. Amber Hermann was always prompted to return our calls, answered all our questions. We never bothered them, they new what they where doing. If you need a great lawyer, you really do need marks & Harrison. Thank you Amber Hermann
So many good things to say about this law firm. From start to finish they were there to answer all of my questions, follow ups, check ins, updates. You name it. David Erwin was my attorney for a traffic accident on Hwy 81. He kept me in the loop with everything going on in the case and made sure I was taken care of. He and his team went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. If you're looking for dedicated and reliable representation, look no further than Marks and Harrison.
Would not recommend them if you need representation for something serious. I was held hostage at gunpoint after an auto accident, then involved in a hit and run while walking my dog in Grottoes. I was assigned counsel with Rob Sievers and Zoe Aguayo for one of my cases. After initial contact with Zoe Aguayo, making their office aware of my schedule, financial situation, and relevant struggles.. Zoe Aguayo said she would contact me to schedule a time to meet Rob Sievers. The only correspondence I received for the next several months were loads of paperwork that only made my situation more stressful, confusing, and all about money I did not have (but would need to get the health care needed and resolution of my case). I made them aware I would not be able to proceed with seeking restitution of any kind, if I had to pay money upfront, then did not hear back for 2 months. I assumed my case had been dropped. After that 2 months, Zoe Aguayo contacted me and did not acknowledge any of my past communication. I let them know that I’m losing faith in our legal/judiciary system, and may just defend myself via my 2nd amendment moving forward. Suddenly, Rob Sievers was able to make contact with me directly himself, but only to tell me that I had threatened his office and no one would feel comfortable working with me, so they needed to part ways by default.
