Mr.Martinez and his firm are awesome ????. I got a dwi charge although it should of been a felony. Mr. Martinez took care of me all the way. I got a misdemeanor charge with no jail time. Case was dismissed. Please hire this team. The very first time I called them about my case ( a day after my arrest ) they immediately took over and honestly the price was very fair. The price was honestly lower than I expected. Natalie answered the phone and she’s super sweet and straight to the point. They make you a client portal with all important documents, documents from court are uploaded, you can upload initial documents from court such as papers from pre trial services when you’re first arrested so they know what your case is about and what they’re working with. Messages can be sent back and fourth between you and them, they answer your calls every time, and you are given their phone numbers for any questions or concerns. You will receive emails any time there are updates to your court date, and emails any time there is something uploaded/posted on your client portal. Communication is so easy. My case had all the evidence in the world and Herman, Natalie and Izzy were able to get my case dismissed, all I had to do was take a 2hr class and pay restitution. I definitely thought I’d be facing heavier consequences but all thanks to them, my case was dismissed!! I was so stressed throughout the 6 months of just waiting, and I’m so so grateful to have been represented by y’all. Id like to publicly say thank you. Great Lawyer, my case lasted 10 months and was DISMISSED. Herman Martinez was stellar!!!! I originally arrived at court with a different attorney that no showed and had told me that he didnt need to be there and all i needed to do was ask for a reset. The court was in the process of charging me and my initial attorney was still MIA and not responding... I went out in the lobby spazzing out... and saw Herman. I briefly explained what was going on and he immediately took over and saved the day and took over my DWI case. He was successful in getting me into the PTI dismissal program and everything was smooth without problems. He is truly the best attorney and would not recommend anyone else!!!!
