Pro Se had me in a bad way. No matter how hard I tried I couldn’t get through. It was dragging out for months. And honestly effecting both my ex and myself on a mental health level. When this firm offered their services, I was skeptical. Because I had already been through so much trying to obtain my divorce. But they got my court date before even a week! Justin was very fast, to the point, got me ready . And it was over so fast! He really did deliver on his firms promise. And the office staff! Miss. Mary I believe? She was delightful and so very helpful. She really made me feel reassured that we were going to get through this. I can’t say enough for this firm, the price was fair. The professionalism and can do attitudes of those I encountered were a blessing. Thank you again for all you have done! Edit: my now ex is a navy veteran. At no point was Justin nor the firm anti military during my case.

The Nichols Law Firm has amazing staff who are all extremely helpful, friendly & professional. Justin worked with me & got the results I wanted in my case. I highly recommend this law firm if you want the best outcome & customer service. My case involved military divorce with children for reference!

This attorney is attempting to force an active duty service member out of his home!! The service members home was improperly taken due to a fault in the HOAs automatic payment system. The HOA foreclosed on and auctioned the house off while the service member was on active duty outside of the country (without properly notifying/ getting in touch with the service member to resolve the issue). This attorney sees no problem with these very questionable actions and is fighting to rip the home out from under the service member! I understand this is how Mr. Nichols makes money, but I would prefer to work with an attorney who respects our service member; and someone who has a base level of morality!! He might be a good lawyer, but he is most assuredly NOT a good person.

Overall I am happy with the representation that Justin has brought my case given my unfortunate circumstance. He has worked with me from a financial point and has done what he can with my case while making the other party incur more of the charges to assist my needs. Communication can be lacking/delayed but understand that all attorney's are very busy I'm sure. We've butted heads a few times but in the end, Justin has been overall wonderful and good at calming me down and helping me understand how these cases work. A good recommendation from a family friend for family law. He's not afraid to tell you how it is and that's what we need more of.

Justin has been the best lawyer I've ever dealt with. He makes you feel calm and ensures you have a complete understanding of your case. Justin will never lie or mislead you to make a quick buck, complete honesty is what he is about. If you want a lawyer that will fight hard and be 100% real with you, he is your man!
