Cynthia is a great attorney. I was so lucky finding her. Her entire family has practiced law for years and her advice is top notch. She will listen to your frustrations and then advise you based off of what she knows the magistrate will want. She’s not going to fight, she’s going to calmly counsel you to best case scenario for your situation. She’s also extremely reasonable.

She was our mediator for my divorce. I really like the fact that she put us in our own rooms and she went between the rooms negotiating for us. I really liked her a lot and I would recommend her as an attorney. I wish I had her as an attorney instead of a mediator. However, in the end she was very helpful.

I hired Cynthia McClure in Jan 2015 to write custody papers and get my child support started. My daughther and I live in Tn and the father lives in In. Ms McClure has totally messed up my support papers and the amount were to receive and hasn't returned my phone calls in over a month. Among other issues she was to handle for me. She took and cashed my check within 24 hours and has yet to finish my case. I'm at this time contacting the Indiana disciplinary board due to her lack of ethics. I truly would not recommend her to anyone who would like their legal matters handled in a timely and effective way

Cynthia is absolutely amazing! Her vast knowledge in several areas of law have personally assisted me immensely! I send my Family, friends, Fraternal Brothers, and coworkers to her and ALL have been extremely pleased with the outcome! Haven't heard a single complaint yet. Attorney McClure did a post-nuptial agreement for my husband and I....we did not want a divorce...but had assets to share. She was attentive, fair, helpful, professional and was both warm and professional at the same time. We were in our early 70's at the time....she was wonderful....
