I had a medical malpractice case involving a very large and well known hospital. This however did not intimidate McKeen and Associates. TODD SCHROEDER the attorney assigned to assist with my case did AMAZING!!! He made me feel as if I was the only case he was handling, when in fact he had many others. When I had questions he was prompt to answer, even late nights and weekends. Todd even returned my call while he was on vacation with his family. McKeen and Associates Law Firm is fortunate to have not only a great attorney but an absolutely wonderful person! Ambulance chaser, bottom feeder. Surfs for cases in the news, solicits for clients, and piles on. Be aware they take on cases that are legally frivolous (even if you don't think so) and get your hopes up when nothing will ever come of it financially, legally, or otherwise. Don't waste your time.

It took them over a year before I heard from them. They couldn't find the papers from emergency room. I found them in about 10 minutes from my copies and called them to let them know where they were. They said no negligence. If I wanted a second opinion go ASAP-- not much time left.

Very impressed by my very first interview!! I have consulted with a number of law firms and Mckeen & Associates have truly been much more thorough in finding out about my situation & concerns are as well have made me feel like what has happened to me and my family does truly matter!! It means a great deal to me when someone takes the time to listen to whole story, that in its self tells you a lot about this firm!! I WILL RECOMMEND!!

I wish I could give ZERO stars!! My father's went through THREE different "investigative" attorney assistants before even being given to medical experts for review. They held the records, "reviewing" them for TWO years before deciding they weren't taking the case!! Such an injustice and waste of time. Now we're under the gun, unnecessarily, under the statute of limitations to find a competent law firm to find justice for my father. I am a registered nurse (24 years) practicing in another state. There were SO many examples of negligence/malpractice evident from the ER and throughout his five and a half week hospitalization, including 7 days in ICU, all the while developing more complications in hospital in a large multi-system network. I am throughly disgusted and my father didn't deserve any of this! He went from completely independent to dependent on others from this event. Please, save yourself time, disappointment and seek other legal assistance! I wish I'd read reviews first (3.7 out of 5 stars) but we were referred by another law firm. Live and learn, I guess. Just heed my warning...please
