Had the wife drive all across town with 3 babies to be told they can't help after 3 hours of gathering info . Could of done that over the phone.
I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Bricklemyer to draft an easement for a legal description, and I must say he is an outstanding attorney. His service and communication are top-notch. He managed to complete the easement in just a matter of days. If you're in need of land use assistance or need easements written, I highly recommend reaching out to Mr. Bricklemyer. I hired this firm to handle the closing on the sale of my farm. The paralegal handling my closing failed to notify me of the date, time and location of the closing instead assuming the buyers realtor would provide the information to me. I had to search for two hours prior to the closing for the information. She also failed to provide me the settlement statement. Once she realized it, she emailed it to me while i was driving to the closing and unaware that she did. This was the worst experience in all my years. Totally unprofessional.
