We need a lawyer for a quick closing on a property. I was referred by my real estate person to use Randall Barron of McWalter, Barron & Boisvert LLP 30 Monument Square Concord MA. Randall was prompt in returning my call. I can not say enough for Randall Barron. He was clear on any requirement that were needed to get our closing done correctly. I received emails and phone calls from him in a timely manner. We could not be happier with his performance. If you need someone with great integrity and personality Randall Barron is the person you want on your side. I would not hesitate in using him again.

My husband and I hired Randy Barron to represent us while purchasing our first home. Randy represented us during our Purchase and Sale Agreement and to resolve an easement on our future property. I really can't say enough about how Randy went above and beyond -- and for a totally reasonable fee! Randy was professional and prompt and we felt great having him in our corner. We would have worked with him at closing as well in a heartbeat but unfortunately were unable to, due to our mortgage lender. 5 stars. Hire Randy!

My experience with attorney sweet is a cautionary tale: Attorney sweet represented my mother on a post divorce contempt. Attorney sweet advised my mother to have me seek a lawsuit against my estranged father in part as a means to help my mother recover her losses. My estranged father had provided privledged medical records to the opposing counsel ( whom was the wife of a longtime friend/ client of his, my father works in the legal field) resulting in tons of additional legal fees and an unquantifiable emotional toll. Attorney sweet billed me 10ks of dollars, mispled my case , and completely blew off the discovery deadline. After blowing off the discovery deadline attorney sweet and her staff engaged in billing me for discovery costs for over 6 months. When I withheld the last round of billing after being served with a motion for summary judgement ( which wouldn't have occurred at that point if discovery had been completed or appropriately extended) attorney sweet used that billing as grounds to withdraw from my case. To date: not a single dollar has been refunded. Mcwalter, barron, and boisvert, The firm attorney sweet works for refuses to respond to inquires on this matter. In fact , when I finally did reach Randal barron on the phone, I was threatened with court action if I were to contact him again. If you want a lawyer whom will tell you your case is rock solid , take your money, do no work, and leave you high and dry when it's time to actually do the job , hire kimberlie sweet.
