If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. When they originally had contacted me about my collection I had to wait to start the payments as they did not accept my bank account. I worked with them letting them know I would be opening a new account just to make payments for this and twice they denied my payment on this new account. I contacted the bank and they told me that nobody had even tried taking a payment, but they kept calling insisting that it was my fault and I needed to fix it. This was with Brad Peterson. I contacted another person Jim and he was helpful and let me know that I could make payments online. I went and made my payment, it processed and went through. This law firm is a big joke I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with them! They are rude and stubborn and this makes me think they don't even know that they are actually doing. This is just another way for them to profit off of struggling individuals. I have settled a debt in the past and never have I experienced anything like this. Shame on them..

So I didn't accept the settlement offer, that's on me. But when the papers are served for a garnishment response and I call multiple times in my allotted 3 weeks and you can't pick up the damn phone, that's not a good sign. After I pay off 2 complete garnishments, I receive 2 refund checks, one of which is for $90 and cashes with no problem, and another for $295 that declines everywhere I try, and God forbid they answer the phone or return my calls. I've gotten through to a person one time, and they told me that my "account manager" was busy and would call me back. 2 stars because they did knock off the second garnishment, because it was for the same amount of fees as the first one

This office is outright corrupt. They handled a garnishment against me and they’ve done every underhanded thing they could to get every ounce of money from me they could. First off the garnishment notice I was never served over as they sent papers to an address 1700 miles away that I hadn’t lived at in well over a year. But they got the right company! Definitely didn’t mess that part up. Secondly, they refused to accept a pay in full 2 weeks after the garnishment was established in mid-February. On May 24th of this year, I paid it off through the garnishments of my paychecks. They then decided to send the release of garnishment to the wrong employment address. Today, June 5th, they dodged my phone calls until I called from a different number only for them to tell me “it’ll take some time for us to send them the new release”. Meanwhile, this causes me to be delayed in getting my paycheck because I either let my job continue taking $900 from my paycheck every 2 weeks and then wait 30-45 BUSINESS days for this joke of a firm to refund me while they play around and purposely send the release to an address not even listed on any other piece of paperwork related to this case.

Alright. So I have bad credit. Understable. I defaulted on my loan, after I totaled my 2015 Chevrolet Malibu, and we had a settlement offer. I reached out, and offered to start paying off the settlement, in which I missed one payment, so we ended up restarting the payments due to missing my deadline. When I say the lack of communication from this company lacks in many different places, that would not be the front of it. I have reached out, almost more than I should have, to no call back. No wonder this place has 1 star reviews. Honestly, they need to just shut down, because the can’t seem to do their jobs properly. They threaten to sue you, and when you try to reach out, they send you to voicemail, and never call back. Now I’m out almost double my 1800$ (settlement total) because of my missed last payment, and had to restart. Either they can get off their rears and reach out, or shut down. This is getting stupid that I need to reach out more then once, and now it’s effecting my credit to where I can’t even get a new car even with a stable co-signer. DONT TRUST THIS PLACE, THEY WILL SCAM YOU, AND NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS. My review is protected under the right to free speech. Terrible business practice! This company has you served to appear in court! You then call in to arrange a settlement out of court and they say they can’t speak to you about the account! It’s my account! I’m the person you are wanting money from. Then they proceed to get a judgement and add all the additional fees! You call again and now they will talk to you! Terrible! God forbid English is your second language! They use every bullying tactic they can. A class action lawsuit needs to be filed against this law firm! They are the worst of the worst!
