This review is long overdue. So overdue that Google reviews did not exist at the time I needed help from the Monks team. I recently had a friend get a ticket in NC coming back to FL and tonight I told her of the time I had got 2 tickets in NC and had I not had the help of an amazing lawyer to negotiate them, I may have never been able to relocate for work, as I wouldn't have had a drivers license or ability to use a vehicle. Looking now back at how that would have negatively impacted my life and had I not the help of the Steve and the Monks team, things in my life could have played out differently and I would not be where I am today. Reflecting on that, I wanted to now, even though now its many years later and with the ability to do it online, let the Monks team and anyone else know that I appreciate everything you did for me to fight those two driving infractions and that it changed the trajectory for me for all the better. In case I did not emphasize it then, I am saying it now, that I appreciate all the efforts of Steve and his team. Thank you.

Having Mr. Monks as an attorney and Toni Wade as a paralegal has truly been a blessing! Please listen to me when I say, THEY WILL FIGHT FOR YOU! They have been so dedicated and when they go to court, they mean business! It's not about money with them, they truly care and will actually fight for you and your family. They are not like these other law firms that charge you out the wazoo and sit back and stand idle in the court room, HE SPEAKS! Toni has always made herself available, even at night. When I had first met Toni she had introduced herself to me and I thought this was not real because just when I was feeling hopeless GOD had placed her in my life and man has my life changed for the better. Soon afterwards, I met Mr. Monks and I knew immediately I had to hire him to represent me. I got rid of my court appointed attorney as fast as I could because the only thing my court appointed attorney wanted me to do was stipulate to things that were either half explained or not explained to me at all. I would like to second my wife's review of the Monk's Law Firm and compose this review in three parts which are to provide my review of the Mrs. Toni Wade and Mr. Steve Monks, esq., while simultaneously providing a review of the firm. I had the fortunate opportunity to become acquainted with the Monk's Law Firm during a most challenging time, by way of Mrs. Toni Wade. Mrs. Wade is the paralegal who reached out to my wife and expressed a genuine concern in how our case was being handled. After countless hours of legal guidance and personal support, we soon realized that we had inferior council that simply had no vested interest in our matters. Mrs. Wade made it her business without making us feel forced, but welcomed. Mrs. Wade is very articulate and intelligent in the legalities of family law and I could literally write a book about the countless concessions she had made for us. If it wasn't for Mrs. Wade's patience and relentlessness in her willingness to assist us, we would have never known or thought about Monk's Law Firm. Mr. Monk. Outstanding! Mr. Monk's treated my wife like as if he was fighting for his mother, sister, or his daughter. He is a very meticulous attorney WHO CARES like it's his children he fights for. Anyone that’s had a custody issue knows it’s a stressful and trying time. I hired Monks law firm to represent me with my sons custody case. The case had many twists and turns but ended positive and I now have a custody order in place that I am happy with. Through the trying times in the case the firm was supportive. I can’t say enough about the firm as a whole and my review wouldn’t be complete without giving special recognition to Toni who is the family law paralegal. She was awesome through the good and bad plus she was there anytime I needed her night and day. Thank you Monks Law Firm for resolving this critical matter for me.

This law firm has been great and helpful in every case we have put in their hands, we contacted them the first time regarding a traffic ticket for myself and not knowing what to expect but Jeimy Parra who works for this law firm was very helpful and turned a nightmare into a happy ending. last week went back with my husband this time for another traffic issue but this time for him and with-in a week things got resolved with the best of results. we couldn't be more grateful and will 100% recommend them. they not only help you with your problem but also make the process as comfortable as possible and keep you updated on their every move. if in the future I get another issue ill for sure will hire them without even considering someone else.
